環(huán)境保護(hù)是我國的一項(xiàng)國策，除塵裝置的作用是減少粉塵排放濃度，保護(hù)大氣環(huán)境。瀝青混凝土攪拌設(shè)備在生產(chǎn)過程中由于骨料的含塵和燃燒過程中的各種廢氣被強(qiáng)制吸出，將影響較大范圍的空氣質(zhì)量，農(nóng)林作物的生長和居民的生活環(huán)境，本身工地的工作環(huán)境首當(dāng)其沖，甚至影響燃燒質(zhì)量。因此，這些被吸出的煙塵氣體必須經(jīng)過凈化處理達(dá)到國家規(guī)定的環(huán)保要求，經(jīng)袋式除塵后排塵量≤50mg/Nm3，為國家一級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

1、結(jié)構(gòu)

本機(jī)采用的布袋式除塵裝置是一個(gè)高效除塵裝置。布袋式除塵器采用有機(jī)纖維或無機(jī)纖維組織物做成過濾袋。將煙塵濾出，可捕捉0.074mm以上的灰塵，除塵效率可達(dá)99%。

1. Structure
The bag-type dust collector adopted by this machine is a highly efficient dust removal device. The bag-type dust collector uses organic or inorganic fiber fabric to make filter bags. It filters out smoke and dust and can capture dust particles larger than 0.074mm, with a dust removal efficiency of up to 99%.
